School-Based Volunteer

As a School-Based Volunteer at Kassanda Children’s Aid (KCA), you will be working closely with vulnerable children in schools, helping to improve their access to quality education and providing additional support to address the challenges they face.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting teachers in classrooms to provide individualized attention to vulnerable students.
• Conducting educational activities and tutorials to reinforce learning and improve academic performance.
• Organizing extracurricular activities to promote holistic development and a supportive learning environment.
• Mentoring and encouraging students to stay motivated and engaged in their education.
• Identifying students who may need special attention and referring them to appropriate resources.
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to implement educational programs effectively.
